Begin With Intention

Choosing a therapist is a meaningful decision, and it matters that the approach feels aligned with who you are and what you’re seeking. A consultation is an opportunity for us to slow down, connect, and explore whether this work is the right fit for you.

This practice is designed for adults who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in cycles of stress and burnout—and who are ready to try something different from traditional, talk-only therapy.

What to Expect from a Consultation

During our consultation, we’ll:

  • Talk about what’s bringing you here and what you’re hoping for

  • Explore whether a nature-based, body-centered approach feels supportive for you

  • Discuss how sessions work, including the outdoor setting and somatic components

  • Answer any questions you have about the process

There’s no pressure to commit. This conversation is about clarity, fit, and mutual alignment.

This Practice May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Feel chronically stressed, anxious, or emotionally overwhelmed

  • Sense that stress or past experiences are leaving you feeling stuck

  • Wanting to live more intentionally and aligned with your values

  • Are drawn to holistic, experiential, or nature-based theraputic approaches

  • Feel disconnected from yourself, your body, or your sense of purpose

  • Are looking for therapy that feels grounding, empowering, and leads you to deeper connection to yourself and purpose

If you’re craving something deeper than coping—something that feels grounded, intentional, and aligned—this work may be for you.

You don’t need to be “fixed.” You don’t need to have the right words. You simply need a willingness to show up and reconnect with yourself in a more embodied way.

You do not need to be outdoorsy, athletic, or experienced with yoga or somatic work. Sessions are always guided by your comfort level, physical ability, and personal goals.

This work may not be the best fit if you are looking for strictly office-based sessions or prefer a highly structured, talk-only approach. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to explore this with you during an initial consultation.
