Nature is not just the backdrop for sessions—it serves as a co-facilitator. Being outdoors allows space to breathe, move, and process in ways that feel more natural, spacious, and authentic. Sessions may include walking, gentle movement, guided reflection, or moments of stillness, all guided by your needs and comfort level.

Therapy doesn’t have to stay within four walls or rely solely on talking. For many adults, true healing happens when the body, mind, and environment are invited into the process together.

My practice is intentionally shifting to focus on adult wellness, values-based living, and body-centered healing for those who are seeking something different from traditional talk therapy. This work is designed for adults who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by chronic stress, anxiety, or unresolved experiences—and who are ready to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way.
