Experience Nature Based Therapy

Nature is not just the backdrop for sessions.

It serves as a co-facilitator in the therapeutic process. Being outdoors allows space to breathe, move, and process in ways that feel more natural, spacious, and authentic. Sessions may include walking, gentle movement, guided reflection, or moments of stillness, all guided by your needs and comfort level.

Outdoor therapy

Our work together integrates:

  • Outdoor and nature-based therapy along private trails in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains

  • Somatic and body-based practices to help release stored stress and support nervous system regulation

  • Values exploration and alignment, helping you clarify what truly matters and live in a way that reflects those values

  • Mindful movement and yoga-informed practices to support grounding, awareness, and embodied healing

  • Experiential tools that invite insight, creativity, and self-expression beyond words alone
